Refund & Cancellation Policy Clause
1. All Sales Final
All costume purchases, deposits, and registration fees for Sunlime Mas / Toronto Carnival are final and non-refundable. Once payment is received, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed.
2. No Transfers After Cut-Off
Costumes are made to order and sized specifically for each masquerader. As such, exchanges, returns, or transfers to another person are not permitted after the order cut-off date set by Sunlime Mas.
3. Event Cancellation / No-Show
If a masquerader is unable to attend Toronto Carnival for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or personal conflict, no refunds, credits, or deferrals will be issued. Sunlime Mas is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control.
4. Band/Carnival Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Toronto Caribbean Carnival parade is officially cancelled by the event organizers, Sunlime Mas reserves the right to issue store credit or a partial credit toward a future event. No cash refunds will be given.
5. Acknowledgement
By completing purchase, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to this non-refundable, final sale policy specific to the Carnival.
